We have new screenshots from Kuon, showcasing the horror/adventure game in the works at FromSoftwares, Inc. and slated for a UK release on April 14th, 2006, priced £29.99. Kuon is based on an ancient type of Japanese horror story (Kwaidan). It beckons gamets to a dark and gruesome mansion in the Japanese town of Kyoto where mutated creatures and unimaginable horrors wait the multiple playable characters. When the story starts, players can choose to play a teenage girl in search of her father, Doman – the renowned exorcist – who was sent to the mansion with a few of his disciples to investigate strange occurrences; or « Yang Phase » as one of the Doman's disciples. After finishing both chapters, the « Kuon Phase » begins and real horrific truth can be discovered as players assume the role of a master exorcist.
