     Writers Wanted:
     We need writers willing to do editorials (Xbox 360 vs PS3/etc) Interviews (ask companies questions on upcoming titles) and maybe other articles. As of now our current staff is busy with school and reviews, so they have no time to do interviews and editorials. If you want to start working for us, this is a good place to start. Please, serious inquiries only. If you can't write, don't bother, our editors are busy enough as it is :) If you can write the English language very well and are interested in writing please inquire within. English does not have to be your native language, only well written. You must live in USA/Canada only. You must have a desire to write, and write a lot. Knowledge of computers and games is a plus.      1. Aspyr Media has released a free patch for Spider-Man 2, which allows the game to run natively on Intel-powered Macs and improves graphics performance - click here to download it. We also have a patch for the Mac version of Shrek 2.
     2. The Turtle Beach’s new Ear Force X2 wireless Xbox headphones are the first wireless headphones that deliver full game audio and Xbox Live Internet chat directly to your ears. The Ear Force X2 Wireless Xbox Headphones will be available at major retailers for a suggested retail price of just $99.95
     3. Backbone Entertainment announced that it is now an officially licensed Universal Media Disc (UMDTM) authoring service provider, able to create a variety of video projects for the PSP. Backbone’s first announced projects in this field are Night Warriors Darkstalkers Revenge Alpha and Night Warriors Darkstalkers Revenge Omega, both developed for Capcom. Based on Capcom’s popular Darkstalkers videogame, both volumes will contain two, action packed, 40-minute anime episodes each, and are scheduled for release in March.      4. Csports.net keeps track of over 60 of the most popular FPS games. By comparing the total number of slots and the total number of servers on several occasions, they calculated the average number of slots per server for each different game. In total over 100.000 servers were monitored. Click here to find the most popular FPS game.

Diamond Multimedia announced it has begun shipping the Viper X1900 XTX, which has tested out as the fastest graphics card on the market with a blazing 90 nm clock speed and unrivaled video quality. The Viper X1900 XTX uses the Radeon X1900 GPU, with a 256MB interface using the PCI Express data bus.
