Atari, Inc. today annunced that car enthusiasts, novice designers, gamers and artists are invited to create an image of their dream concept car for the Test Drive Unlimited – Be a Car Designer contest. The Grand Prize Winner will have their car design implemented into the game as a fully functioning 3D vehicle driving alongside the world’s most recognizable cars such as the Lamborghini, Ferrari and Aston Martin. A monetary prize of $2,500 will also be awarded to the winning designer. The “Test Drive Unlimited – Be a Car Designer” contest officially begins at 12:00:01 am EDT May 18, 2006.
