Tripwire Interactive today announced that there are already a number of realism mods logged for their World War II first-person shooter Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45, only a week after the launch of the SDK. These mods include Burning Sands: Afrikafeldzug 40-43, Campagna Italiana: Road to Rome and Defence Alliance, the popular Unreal Tournament 2004 which will be the first total conversion mod for Red Orchestra.
