The official 3DRealms website is hosting a new weekly update for Prey, focusing on Deathmatch play, and what 3DR has been doing recently. There's also a short changelist from Venom regarding the latest changes in the Xbox 360 version of Prey. Prey will be released on July 10, 2006, for PC and Xbox 360 - the E3 2006 trailer is locally mirrored here.
