The game is set during the Second World War, in the heart of war-torn Europe, The story centers around the Nazis’ research into a secret and powerful weapons technology. The player is subtly drawn into a terrifying what-if scenario: it is up to him to thwart the horrible threat to all mankind posed by these research efforts. In the role of an undercover British MI6 agent, John Russell, the player makes his way to Berlin. The expert physicist Dr. John Russell was recruited by MI6 to verify the details described in some documents that appear to point toward the development of a new kind of weapons system by the Germans.
