LOS ANGELES - July 23, 2002 - Vivendi Universal Publishing (VU Publishing) today announced a worldwide development agreement with 2015, Inc., the acclaimed creators of Medal of Honor Allied Assault. The agreement grants VU Publishing's Games division exclusive rights to publish, market and distribute 2015's upcoming action title, while 2015 will be responsible for creation of the game. The game will be published by VU Games' Sierra Entertainment studio. "Medal of Honor clearly illustrates the degree to which 2015 can create exciting and successful games," said Ken Cron, CEO of Vivendi Universal Games, a division of VU Publishing. "By leveraging our global sales and distribution network, we look forward to bringing 2015's newest release to gamers around the world." The product in development is the latest project by Tulsa, Oklahoma based 2015, Inc., best known for its 3D action games. Further details about the highly anticipated release will be announced in coming months.
