Crysis, the first person shooter game for PC in the works at
Crytek and based on new intellectual property, was delayed to ship with Windows Vista (January 2007) - the game was previously scheduled for Winter 2006. Crysis is powered by CryENGINE 2 which features dynamic day/night cycle, fully interactive enviroments, sunrays and diffuse transmission, real time soft shadows, soft particles, interactive/destructrible enviroments, volumetric clouds, and advanced shader technology.
