Empire Interactive today announced that FlatOut 2 is now available across the US, for the PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC. Powered by the enhanced Crash True game engine, FlatOut 2 offers interaction between cars and environments, a more advanced scoring system, an improved launch mechanic, 12 all new crazy events, and more.
