Aspyr Media, Inc. and Sunflowers has announced that Aspyr will publish 1701 A.D. and ParaWorld in North America this fall. In ParaWorld, set in long forgotten prehistoric world, players command their troops from dizzying heights, enthroned upon the heads of mighty dinosaurs and other tremendous beasts. ParaWorld features more than 20 playable maps and 5 different climatic zones (Northlands, Jungle, Savannah, Ice Wastes and Lava), gigantic combat units, different LAN and Internet multi-player modes for up to 8 players with 9 playable heroes and more. Based on a 3D engine created by Related Designs (No Man's Land, Castle Strike), Anno 1701, the third chapter of the Anno strategy series, will feature an optimized military part, an intuitive control scheme and multiplayer mode up to four players.
