Valve has released two gameplay movies from Half-Life 2: Episode Two, showcasing the upcoming expansion pack for Half-Life 2 - they demonstrate some of the technical updates made to the Source Engine, such as the new particle system and soft shadowing effects. Armed with new weaponry and vehicles, Dr. Gordon Freeman must race through a countryside riddled with an increasingly feirce Combine threat. Episode Two will be available in Q1 2007, for PC, PS3, and 360, and will also include Portal and Team Fortress 2.
