Ship Simulator 2006 v1.3 German Patch

A patch for the German version of Ship Simulator 2006 has been released, bringing the sim game by Dutch developer VSTEP to v1.3. This update adds the New York harbour along with new AI ships, helicopters and airplanes, new static vessels (the big three-master 'Flying Cloud' and the traditional Dutch vessel 'Klipper') and much more.
