THQ today announced that Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War: Dark Crusade has gone Gold, being scheduled to ship worldwide on October 9th. The game will offer two new playable races (The Necron and The Tau), bringing the total number of playable races in Dawn of War to seven. The single-player demo is located here.
