e-Games announced a RAN Online School Uniform Costume Design event which is taking place from 20th October 2006 (Friday) until 20th November 2006 (Monday) 5:00pm +8 GMT. Within the event time, players have to create a new School Uniform Costume on a A4 size paper or draw in their personal computer with size 11cm(w) *15cm(h) / 300dpi. Files have to be in JPG or GIF format. To prevent Infrigement copyright, players have to create the Costume with their own idea. Players have to take their own risk if they copy or refer to other pictures.
