THQ has released a trailer from the Wii version of Cars, the game based on the seventh animated feature film created by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures for PS2, Xbox, GC, DS, GBA, PSP, PC and Mac. Cars will be available for Wii and Xbox 360 later this year.
