Swedish developer Frictional Games has released a new trailer for Penumbra: Overture, showcasing the physics features of the commercial version of Penumbra due to ship in Q1 2007. The game will feature major updates in both gameplay and graphics. Gameplay additions include a melee combat system, greatly improved AI and more stable physics, whicle graphics additions refer to full real-time lighting, motion blur, depth of field and advanced fogging.
