Romance of the Three Kingdoms XI Announced

KOEI today announced that Romance of the Three Kingdoms XI will ship to North American retailers on February 6th, 2007, exclusively for the PlayStation 2. The game now allows you complete control over their territory. You will be able to govern cities by establishing markets, shipyards, outposts and forts, manage their personnel including military units and practice diplomacy.
