e-Games has announced that their RAN Online expansion, EP2.3: The Ultimate Shibuya Metropolis, will be launched today, offering a number of changes to the game, notably, gameplay additions and new content. The patch not only allows players to travel through a faithful replica of Shibuya metropolis, it also comes with a new gang of bad guys, made stronger than ever. Players of all levels will be able to access the map, but you will have a better advantage if your character’s levels are higher than level 100.
