NCsoft today announced the upcoming release of Issue 9: Breakthrough for both City of Heroes and City of Villains. In this free update, players acquire and invent new items and have the option to buy and sell them using the new hero and villain auction houses. New PvE content for both heroes and villains is included, but you should check the press release for details on this matter. Three new screenshots are now uploaded in our gallery.
