As promised,
Eidos has released a multiplayer demo for
Battlestations Midway, allowing you to try out the PC version of this World War II naval combat game developed by
Mithis Games (thanks:
3DGamers). In this game, you will command a host of US and Allied air, sea and underwater units across the Pacific. At your disposal are over 60 war-machines, including huge aircraft carriers, battleships, destroyers, land and carrier based bombers and even submarines, all equipped with authentic weaponry. You will engage the enemy in dogfights, launch multiple attack squadrons from a carrier, fire the massive guns of a battleship, whilst launching deadly torpedo attacks from a hidden submarine. Battlestations Midway will be released in on January 30th, for PC and Xbox 360.
