A patch for IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946 has been released, bringing to v4.08 this upcoming alternate history expansion for the World War II combat flight simulator developed by 1C (press 'read more' for changelog). Both updates need to be installed over the 4.07 version of the game. Note that the dedicated server is only necessary for people who wish to host their own games on a dedicated machine. IL-2 Sturmovik: 1946 includes the PE-2 campaign, the Sturmoviks over Manchuria campaign, the 1946 campaign, a detailed 450 pages long Plane Guide (in UK only), exclusive videos making of videos (in UK only) and exclusive glance at Storm of War Battle of Britain. It also contains Il-2 Forgotten Battles, Ace Expansion Pack, Pacific Fighters, plus all the previous patches.
