Romance of the Three Kingdoms XI Out Now

Koei today announced that Romance of the Three Kingdoms XI is now available in North America, exclusively for the PlayStation 2. The game now allows you complete control over their territory. You will be able to govern cities by establishing markets, shipyards, outposts and forts, manage their personnel including military units and practice diplomacy. There's also a create-an-officer mode with 24 customizable unique character attributes.
