Decisive Action OCX Patch

HPS Sims has released a small fix for their 'modern Division and Corps level' simulation, Decisive Action. If after installing the recent v1.03 patch, you get an error message that says you are missing an OCX file(s) or it is (are) not correctly registered, download this patch.
