Activision Acquires DemonWare
Under the terms of the agreement, DemonWare will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Activision
Activision today announced they have acquired DemonWare, the provider of network middleware technologies for console and PC games headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. DemonWare was recently used in Activision's Call of Duty 3.
