NCsoft has released a trailer for Issue 9: Breakthrough, showcasing the upcoming free update for both City of Heroes and City of Villains, scheduled for this April. In Issue 9: Breakthrough, players acquire and invent new items and have the option to buy and sell them using the new hero and villain auction houses.
