Bethesda Softworks has issued a (beta) patch for The Elder Scrolls IV: Shivering Isles, bringing to v1.2 the second official expansion for the The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. This update fixes an issue where form IDs were not being marked as free properly, causing objects to disappear in game.
