Resident Evil 4 v1.1.0 EU/German Patch

Ubisoft has also issued a patch for Resident Evil 4, updating to v1.1.0 the European editions of the PC version. The patch includes general adustments and improvements made to graphics, lighting, and effects. It also fixes rare issue causing the game to freeze when skipping cut scenes.
