NCsoft has released a dev diary by Character Artist Jay Doherty for Issue 9: Breakthrough, detailing the creation of the character wings for both City of Heroes and City of Villains. In Issue 9: Breakthrough, players acquire and invent new items and have the option to buy and sell them using the new hero and villain auction houses.
