Sierra Entertainment today announced The Chronicles Of Riddick: Assault On Dark Athena for the Xbox 360 and the PlayStation 3. The game is a remake of Escape from Butcher Bay with a bonus chapter added, the Dark Athena, an expansion of the original game with a new story and new gameplay features. The game is scheduled to ship in the second half of 2007, being developed by Starbreeze Studios, developer of the original edition.
