Manhunt 2 Banned in the UK
Under the terms of the Video Recordings Act distributors have the right to appeal the Board’s decision
British Board of Film Classification today announced they have denid the request for rating in the case of Rockstar Games' Manhunt 2. This means that Manhunt 2 will not be distributed and sold in the UK. This is the first video game to be refused a classification since Carmageddon in 1997, when that decision was overturned on appeal by the Video Appeals Committee.
