Capcom has announced that the third map pack for Lost Planet: Extreme Condition has been released via Xbox Live Marketplace for 400 Microsoft points. The map pack includes three new multiplayer levels: "Lost Technology", a throw-back to the good ol’ days of pixelated 8-bit gaming; "Ruins", ancient temples set amidst a lush jungle; and "Ice Drop", a frigid glacier with lots of peaks, nooks and crannies. In related news, a new patch addressing connectivity will be available sometime in July.
