Netdevil today officially announced the development of Jumpgate Evolution, a substantial update to the previous Jumpgate MMO released in 2001, which was the world's first massively multiplayer space combat game. Jumpgate Evolution features a new rendering engine, engaging and responsive AI, as well as several new missions across multiple types including: combat, patrols, mining, and delivery. It will also feature a new user interface and engaging PvP system with factional peace and war rating, significantly affecting game dynamics. Five new screenshots have been inserted in our gallery.
