NCsoft has released a Fiction article from City Of Heroes/City Of Villains Issue 10: Invasion offering some background info about the next expansion planned for the game. Issue 10 starts with a World Event that spans across numerous zones in both Paragon City and the Rogue Isles, as the Rikti return to finish what they started the first time, the destruction of Earth. Issue 10 includes a Rikti war zone for levels 35-50, new Rikti War Zone recipes for special costumes, new missions, as well as the Rikti Co-Op Task Force. Check full article for more details.
