Cyanide Studio has issued the first patch for Pro Cycling Manager/Tour de France 2007, bringing this game to v1.0.1.0 (press 'read more' for changelog). To get maximum benefit, it is recommended that you start a new career. For example, game databases created with v1.0.0.0 will not be fully updated.
Update: the German version of the patch is also locally mirrored (thanks: The Patches Scrolls).
