World of Warcraft Tops 9 Million Subscribers

Blizzard Entertainment today announced that World of Warcraft's player base is now totaling more than 9 million subscribers worldwide. The company is currently working with The9 to prepare the World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade launch in mainland China which will help the player base grow in the following months.
