A Q&A with Ken Levine on Level Up revealed that BioShock has reached Gold status - the game developed by Irrational Games will be released by 2K Games on August 21st, for PC and Xbox 360 (thanks: Blues). In related news, 2K Games announced that Spike TV will air a 60-second BioShock trailer this Sunday night, August 12, at 9pm/8c. The trailer will debut will close with a surprise announcement by Game Head’s Geoff Keighley - maybe the official Gold announcement?
