Turbine released the Book 9 and 10 patches for LOTRO: Shadows of Angmar, so in case you have the full retail EU client, you can download and install these patches. Be careful though, as you cannot install Book 10 patch directly over the retail client, as you have to install Book 9 patch first. Enjoy!
