Matrix Games, in conjunction with Norm Koger and the TOAD team, have released a new update for Norm Koger’s The Operational Art of War III. This patch includes dozens upon dozens of new changes and improvements, such as 33 new or newly revised scenarios, more realistic weather patterns and new advanced flanking rules.
