Harmonix, MTV Games and Electronic Arts have announced that Rock Band has reached Gold status and will hit the store shelves in North America on November 20th, for Xbox 360 and PS3 - the PS2 version will be available on December 18th. Rock Band is a game where you and your friends will be able to play famous songs as a band, using drum, bass/lead guitar and microphone peripherals. It features tracks from artists signed by EMI Music, Hollywood Records, Sony BMG Music Entertainment, Universal Music Group's Universal Music Enterprises and Warner Music Group's Rhino Entertainment.
