Meridian4 announced today that Shadowgrounds Survivor, a spin-off/sequel to the action game Shadowgrounds, has reached Gold status and will begin appearing online in mid-November and in retail stores on December 1 for $19.99. Developed by Frozenbyte, Shadowgrounds Survivor tells the story of three survivors who join forces with the last remaining human resistance in the heated battle against the ongoing alien onslaught. The game features three playable characters, each with new tactics, an RPG-like upgrade system for weapons and characters, a Survival mode where the player is pitted against hordes of alien monsters, and more.
