According to this thread, Vertex4 has reached Gold Master status and it was submitted to Lighthouse Interactive for their approval. Set on a futuristic earth and beyond, SunAge offers 3 very different races, a single-player campaign with 24 missions, intuitive formation handling and superior overview in battles, four types of resources and more.
Update: the game will be available in the UK, Benelux, Scandinavia, Portugal, Germany, France, Spain and Italy on November 23rd 2007. The launch date for Canada, the US and other countries, including Poland and Russia, is still unknown. Thanks: Rob.
