THQ has issued a new patch for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow Of Chernobyl, bringing to v1.0005 this tactical FPS developed by GSC Game World. The optional net traffic compression on a Multi-Player server is now disabled by default. This allows to host dedicated servers on computers with low and average performance. Connecting to the server will be possible only if the host's version of the game is the same as yours. Thanks: Blues.
