2K Sports today announced that University of Connecticut, Gardner-Webb University, University of Memphis, and University of Oklahoma will compete in the Championship Rounds of the 2K Sports College Hoops Classic benefiting Coaches vs. Cancer on November 15th and 16th at Madison Square Garden in New York City. The 2K Sports College Hoops Classic benefiting Coaches vs. Cancer tips off the college basketball season with a tournament of 16 teams from 16 conferences. A variety of the nation's top teams hosted the pre-season action during the Opening Rounds of the tournament and played for the chance to advance to the Championship Rounds. Since 1996, the Gazelle Group, producers of the 2K Sports College Hoops Classic benefiting Coaches vs. Cancer, has raised more than $3.1 million to support the fight against cancer.
