If/when you update your World in Conflict client in the future the Mod Kit may be temporarily incompatible
Massive Entertainment has released the World in Conflict Mod Kit, allowing you to create mods for this real time strategy game. The installation requires World in Conflict v1.003 and WicEd v1.0.0.1 (WicEd + Hot fix). A playable PC demo can be found here.
