Microsoft today announced that SpongeBob SquarePants: Underpants Slam! will be available on Xbox LIVE Arcade for Xbox 360 this Wednesday, December 26th at 9:00 a.m. GMT (2:00 a.m. PST). Based on Nickelodeon's wildly popular animated series, SpongeBob SquarePants: Underpants Slam! stars SpongeBob himself as he guides the way with his "Bikini Bottom" pals: Patrick, Mr. Krabs, Sandy Cheeks and Plankton in this side-scrolling slap-happy extravaganza. King Neptune has misplaced an entire load of laundry after a massive underwater storm current and it's up to eager SpongeBob fans to collect them all by searching the kitchens of the Krusty Krab, the cargo hold of the Flying Dutchman's ship and even the Treasure Room of Atlantis. You must collect 99 pairs of Neptune's bloomers to complete the game in Quest Mode or beat the clock in Time Attack Mode. A batch of screenshots has been added in our gallery.
