Fallout 2: Restoration Project v1.0

No Mutants Allowed has released the first version of Restoration Project, an unofficial expansion for Fallout 2 (thanks: Blues). The purpose of Restoration Project is to add back into the game all the content that was originally planned by the Fallout 2 devs.
