Kalyspso Media today released a new batch of screenshots from Imperium Romanum, a game which allows you to take the role of a governor for a Roman province and strive to build a well organised settlement. The game features a powerful graphics engine, authentic historical buildings such as the world famous Circus Maximus and Gladiator schools, an improved battle system where you command your armies and an interactive mission mode which allows you to control the activation of goals. The game will be released during February/March 2008 at a price of £29,99. In related news, Paradox Scandinavian Distribution announced today that the company will distribute Imperium Romanum in the Nordic countries, in cooperation with Kalypso Media and Haemimont Games.
