Ultizen Games Ltd. today announced they recently completed an acquisition of Mo-Star, a mobile game development company based in Beijing that owns an extensive and growing catalog of over 200 mobile games. Mo-Star is the fourth full time studio that Ultizen owns and brings their total work forced to over 280, making them one of the ten largest game development companies based in China. In related news, Ultizen announced they will be sponsoring Information Table at the new Outsourcing Summit on February 18th at GDC 2008 in San Francisco.
