LotRO Shadows of Angmar Book 12 New Screens

Turbine sent us new screenshots from Book 12: The Ashen Wastes, the next free content update for LotRO Shadows of Angmar. Book 12 will introduce two new avatar customization features, the Outfit System and the Barbershops, as well as a revamp of many Angmar quests.
