Turbine today announced that Book 12: The Ashen Wastes, the next free content update for LotRO Shadows of Angmar, will be launched on Wednesday, February 13th. Book 12 will introduce two new avatar customization features, the Outfit System and the Barbershops, as well as a revamp of many Angmar quests. A new trailer has been added in download area.
